Values Exercise - What Drives You?

Values are the core beliefs or moral codes that drive us in life. It wasn't until I did my coaching qualification (after my therapy training) that I was introduced to the concept of values and how to bring them to the forefront of my consciousness but even then I didn't realise for a few more years how important they are when working on self-awareness and identity and it took me even longer to realise the importance of understanding your values as part of unmasking. Because how can we unmask and be our authentic selves if we don't know what drives us? 

But values are also tricky because what we think we know about what drives us or what our moral code might be could be based on societal expectations or on being a masked or unaware autistic person. Feel free to download this resource.
